There is a movie called “Bring it on” and it’s about cheerleaders who have a mission and in order for their mission to succeed they challenge each other to “Bring it!” Some of you may be wondering what that means, well simply put it means you hold nothing back, you give 100%; give all you have to the task at hand.
I know there are people reading this now thinking “I have brought it years ago and now I’m tired” but I have news for us all, if your still breathing then you’re not finished yet.
At one point in my life I was so down and chained up inside that I honestly had nothing good to bring (or so I thought) I’ve since learned that if I have Jesus on the inside of me, everything I need to succeed is already there, I just have to let it out.
This morning I woke up at 4:00 am and I had a million ideas and thoughts filling my mind about God, work, life and my kids. It was hard to get them all typed on my phone. The most important thing I believe was when God reminded me of a scripture that should rule my life.
It’s from the very first Psalms verse 3, last part “Whatever he does will prosper” this is telling us a good way to live our lives by trusting in the wisdom of people who rely on the Holy Spirit but it’s that promise at the end of verse 3 that really sticks out. What would life be like if your mentality and the words you said reflected this attitude? If you knew that living your life according to God’s plan would insure prosperity in every area of your life.
God’s mercies are new every morning, so a rough day just means you learn from it and start over. The more you learn to trust Him the easier it is to rely on His promises. When you walk according to His promises you will have something to share with the rest of the world. It’s hard to be a light if your own life is dark and dreary. If you need help finding your light I can help you.
If you have already found the light then my challenge to you today…
